Osano is hiring a Director of Customer Enablement. This highly cross-functional role serves as a key champion in the customer lifecycle, so we’re looking for someone who will enthusiastically represent our people, product, and ideals.


You’ll be responsible for customer retention, net dollar retention, and product expansion. To retain and expand customers, you’ll leverage a combination of customer success, sales, marketing, and educational techniques. You’ll develop customer relationships to become their internal champion at Osano. Similarly, you’ll build internal relationships across numerous teams to drive customer utilization and product-line adoption, maintain our 99% customer retention rate, and grow net dollar retention. The ideal candidate is competitive and motivated by new challenges with a genuine interest in our problem space.

The Role:

  • Own the customer journey after implementation, serving as their champion with periodic business reviews, consultative advice, and outbound expansion efforts.
  • Serve as the internal stakeholder responsible for KPIs such as renewal rate, net dollar retention, utilization, and product-line expansion.
  • Guide customer requests and needs across onboarding, support, and product, serving as the customer’s champion and internal coordinator.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business reviews with the intent of driving utilization and product-line adoption.
  • Identify and pursue customer stakeholders to drive product expansion.
  • Lead discovery and product demonstrations to drive product-line adoption.
  • Partner with revenue, finance, and revenue operations leadership to forecast revenue expansion based on utilization and product-line adoption.
  • Be highly collaborative across teams to develop and execute a variety of customer marketing and enablement programs.
  • Connect with internal and external thought leaders to stay informed of privacy trends, legislature, and shifts.


About You:

  • You bring 5+ years of customer success, account management, renewals, direct sales, and/or expansions experience.
  • You have a track record of consistently achieving quantitative metrics such as quota, renewal, utilization, or net dollar retention targets.
  • You have familiarity with a range of go-to-market motions, including direct sales, account-based marketing, and multi-stakeholder expansion.
  • You have working knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable CRM), Gmail, LinkedIn, and other sales tools or willingness to learn.
  • You've leveraged data to prioritize growth efforts and risks + have examples of educating customers and working cross-functionally to execute enablement and expansion initiatives.
  • You have led quarterly business reviews with the intent of expanding product-line adoption.
  • You take pride in your communication and see it as a representation of your brand; you understand that clear, concise communication builds rapport and trust.
