This role reports directly to the CEO.
We are hiring an experienced demand generation expert to join our growing team. You’ll be solely responsible for managing demand generation through PPC/SEM & SEO. This role will have the opportunity to nurture the high-volume traffic Osano receives and accelerate inbound lead growth. You will be passionate about driving leads through awareness, consideration, and decision stages to support our business. As a member of a rapidly growing startup, you’ll also have an enthusiasm for being an individual contributor and an ability to help refine our team’s strategic direction.
What you’ll do:
Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
Web development knowledge.
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.
Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels.
Work with the content team to support SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
Collaborate with sales to build programs that support drive leads into the sales funnel.
Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of full-time demand generation experience in the B2B Software space. Bonus points if you have worked in legaltech or compliance or security startups.
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
We’re looking for an amazing person who have:
5+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience at a fast moving B2B SaaS tech startup
Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs
Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors
Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
Experience managing third party vendors including agencies and contractors
Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
Enthusiastic problem-solver who can improvise and think creatively while optimizing and growing lead volume.
