Osano is looking for a data driven SDR Manager.  As a key member of the sales management team, the BDR/SDR Manager is responsible for managing KPIs related to top of funnel lead generation via prospecting.

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the sales development team

  • Hire, train, develop, motivate and lead Sales Development Representatives to achieve sales goals

  • Develop and improve sales enablement tools including drafting scripts, testing, messaging and documenting templates and processes to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation from cold sources. 

  • Measure, inspect and deliver on KPIs

  • Provide an accurate assessment of pipeline and opportunity management

  • Develop and maintain monthly team forecasts

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other internal teams to generate pipeline

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with SDRs to build more effective communications, understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of the team’s sales and activity performance


  • 5+ years’ progressive experience as an inside sales professional

  • 2+ years of successful experience as a sales lead or manager

  • Extensive experience using HubSpot  (preferably) 

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and guiding teams to success

  • Excellent analytical and business intelligence skills

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and metrics into actionable business insights

  • Career champion, with proven experience in coaching and developing reps and managers

  • Strong work ethic, motivated, and desire to continually learn and grow

  • Interest in growing as a people manager, with a keen ability to connect with new and existing team members

  • Willingness to jump into a rapidly scaling startup environment and build new teams
