Osano is hiring a Sales Engineer to amplify and enable our sales team to close more deals faster.

The ideal candidate has experience as a jack-or-jill-of-all-trades developer and/or solutions architect with a strong understanding of web technologies, database technologies, JavaScript, CSS, and a functional understanding of popular front end development fraemworks. You must have firsthand technical expertise in a variety of development roles.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales technical support
  • Works with leads to understand their requirements and help them figure out if any of our products are a solution to their problem
  • Solution presentations and demonstrations, including technology-related inquiries
  • Manages all aspects of RFPs
  • Solution Workshops and POC's along side the success team
  • Solution Design
  • Reseller Support
  • Partners with senior leadership to identify problem areas and improve efficiency in the sales process
  • Assist in sales strategy and building customer relationships

  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications software/solutions
  • A technical background and understanding of software solutions and principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Minimum 3 years in Client facing roles: Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar
